Customers will be notified for vaccinations and other medication reminders
- For example if vaccination due 1st December 2023, an email reminder to be sent 1 month before, 2 weeks before, 1 week before, on the day, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, 1 month after.
- This reminder can be stopped when the customer advises of their appointment and/or an update has been made either by customer or vet
Notifications
Choose the frequency and how you would like to be notified of any changes to your account
- Real Time notifications - receive instant notifications when any changes are made to your my pet account
- Weekly Highlights - receive a weekly notification of any updates to your ‘my pet account’ plus any new seasonal items
- Bi-Weekly - receive a 2 weekly notification with any changes to ‘my pet account’ plus any new seasonal items
- Monthly - receive monthly notifications with any changes to ‘my pet account’ in the last month plus any seasonal items, also a monthly forward look if anything is due
- Customized frequency - customer to advise how often they wish to be contacted.
Vet Portals
- Vets will have be able to provide updates via their MyPetAccount Vet portal, to provide an update to your pets digital vaccination card and also provide pet weight details. (We also welcome customers to direct vets to this service as well.)
