My Pet Account is an online digital record of your pets key information. It’s a subscription service to receive timely health reminders when they are due i.e. vaccinations. It also provides your vet with access to update your pet record following the most recent visit.

We will ask you a number of questions regarding you as your pets owner, your pet(s), your vet, microchip details and insurance details.

Yes, My Pet Account is secure as we use modern technology, including 256 bit SSL certificates to secure your date, this is also shown by the ‘padlock’ symbol when logging into your account and on the website.

Yes, you can update any of the details held on your account at any time. Such as Address details, Vet details, Insurance details etc will all be available to be changed.

There is not a separate app for you to download however the website can easily be viewed by Apple and Android users alike. It can then be saved on your phone.

As a pet loving nation it’s highly likely most people have more than 1 pet, therefore you can create many sub accounts for each pet under the one account.

Working with you and your vet to store vaccination details is the start, with plans to expand to include insurance and microchip details.
